Ok, hi, network. let's begin this with a shout-out that I was promised I don't need to do but I plan to do anyway. Not many great kindnesses have befallen my family - and when one does, one has to be grateful. Just yesterday my life was a mess, I know times are hard here but I couldn't come help my girlfriend because of work and my sister and debt. My parents, you may know both work in Haiti. But then today we had a guest named Julie Bernal - hi Julie - ! and she, on behalf of her brother - hi David! fixed my life. Now I get to be here with all of you and with my girlfriend, I got...two jobs and perhaps a scholarship and she even arranged for us to live with Zooey Sparks - Hi Zooey - !

Julie and David did this all for me and mainly so that Spring can be happy without even knowing us. I heard there might have been...misconceptions here about them so this is to erase all of that, those two people are giving, kind and altruistic people. Julie even already arranged for my sister to transfer to a school here in September and she offered to take her shopping for stuff for her room.

Me and Spring owe a lot to these two people who have chosen to grace us with their kindness. and I'm sure Spring will comment here and will want to talk to them so this is on behalf of me, my parents and my sister - thank you Julie and David. thank you so much for bringing some order into my life.

+ 1 on everything, I had to. David helped me with my debts, with getting career advice and a scholarship for college and it's only thanks to him that - I got in! I'm going to go to community college to study hair and costume design!

I know, it's kind of a cliche to have your happiness so dependent on a man but Sam -- I'm gonna marry him one day, I have no doubt. It's only a matter of time. We've never been away for each other for longer than a couple of days before I came here. It was...really hard. I could never thank you enough.
